I’ve recently started taking my husband to Cool Joe Cuts and we are so very happy with the service to say the least. The new management is amazing and polite. My husband feels comfortable in Chantal’s chair and he walks out feeling so much more confident. Her attention to detail is immaculate!! We will be going back very soon
The location at Sean Haggerty is closed as of Oct 2024 --I have been coming to this location for almost two years. Loretta usually cuts my hair and does a great job. I will continue to come here due to its location, quick lines, and good prices and recommend it to those interested.
I give 5 five stars to cool joes cuts in the northeast, always good staff specially Ruth and Loretta that are always friendly and have alot of experience in cutting hair, I recommend this salon, and ask for them if u go.
Niomie and Lillie’s are far the best ones there to cut hair! The whole staff is nice and welcoming. I’ve never seen them do a bad job or not take their time no matter if it’s one or twenty people waiting. They make you feel like a family member and always go above and beyond their service! Great job ladies. Keep up the great work.
HC came out amazing! The new staff is so much more approachable rather than the old staff (happy to know they’re no longer associated with this company) everytime I come in now I’m treated with respect and kindness. From the minute I walked in their greeting was filled with excitement from what I can tell rather than the old ladies that used to work there that just say it with no enthusiasm. 10/10 business and staff! Will definitely keep coming back!
Every time I get a haircut here, I have a great experience! Environment is friendly and very professional. They are very detailed and make sure you are satisfied with your haircut. The waiting area is kept clean and they have current sports or movies on TV while you wait.
I took my son here today. I was really nervous, but they did suck a great job. The whole team was courteous. They sprayed sanitizer and wipe the chairs after each client. I will definitely be taking my son her from now on.
Love this place! It’s affordable and they’re good. We usually go with Niomie but she hasn’t been here the last couple of times we’ve come. My 17yr old is kinda picky and last time Kike cut his hair. My son was so happy! Kike converses with him and did a great job. He asks us exactly what he wants and he gets it done!! Here we are again needing a cut for prom this Friday and luckily Kike was here! My son was like yeah we will wait if we need to. Didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes. Great job Kike thank you!!
